Your Mission:
Become a pivotal part of our Defence initiative, offering specialized Risk Management expertise within a Joint Project Team dedicated to delivering a comprehensive infrastructure programme.
We are looking for a Risk Manager to oversee risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Programme Delivery Lead, you will collaborate with our client's site and industry partners to effectively manage risks in a dynamic and complex environment.
To excel in this role, you must possess robust project delivery and risk management skills, along with a proven track record of managing significant infrastructure projects while engaging multiple stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Spearhead the implementation of the risk management process, roadmap, and Target Operating Model (TOM)
Conduct monthly risk reviews, workshops, and maintain risk registers and dashboards
Assist with Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) and prepare quarterly reporting ⏱
Oversee project assumptions and manage the Master Data & Assumptions List (MDAL)
Monitor mitigation strategies and ensure the timely execution of risk actions
Work collaboratively with project leads, suppliers, and partners to manage risks effectively, eliminate redundancies, and ensure successful delivery
Assess supply chain performance and proactively identify emerging issues
Ensure adherence to client processes and infrastructure standards
