The Financial Crimes team is pivotal in fostering a secure financial ecosystem and preserving the trust of our users. We work diligently to prevent prohibited parties from utilizing our services, while identifying and addressing financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorist financing. As Stripe’s user base and global presence expand, our team is crucial for risk mitigation and regulatory compliance, directly supporting our mission of enhancing the global economy safely and responsibly.
Your Role
As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in aligning our operations and workflows with the needs of our financial partners. You will take responsibility for cross-functional workflows involving both internal and external stakeholders, assessing regulatory, contractual, and partner risks. Furthermore, you will guide and advise operational teams in developing scalable processes that ensure compliance with service level agreements, routine reporting, and comprehensive risk management.
