In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in the operation of our cutting-edge delivery robots, ensuring they are prepared, deployed, retrieved, and maintained effectively throughout our 24/7 service. Your commitment to excellence will be crucial, whether you're starting the day with the morning rush, assisting with evening handoffs, or managing late-night recoveries.

Your responsibilities will include transporting robots to merchant partners, conducting basic maintenance, and stepping in for direct deliveries when required. Your swift problem-solving skills, adherence to procedures, and ability to maintain operational efficiency will keep our services running seamlessly.

A Day in the Life

Prepare and transport robots to partner hubs for operational shifts
Respond to robot retrieval calls and ensure quick turnaround of out-of-service units
Charge, clean, and perform visual and basic functional checks on all robots
Complete hand deliveries to customers when robots can’t finish a route
Utilize the Field Ops App to track work and report issues
Maintain communication with central ops and hardware teams
Deliver exceptional service to both customers and merchant partners

Key Responsibilities

Support daily robot launch and takedown across shifts
Ensure robots are charged, clean, and in good cosmetic condition
Conduct basic mechanical and electrical checks or troubleshooting
Provide last-mile delivery support when necessary
Engage in the setup and expansion of robot hubs
Execute daily tasks assigned via the Field Operations App
Follow protocols, document processes, and escalate issues as needed

Schedule Options

Full-Time: 5+ shifts per week, rotating weekends
Part-Time: 2–4 shifts per week, flexible hours based on availability
Shift Coverage needs:
- Mid Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- PM Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Overnight Shift: 12:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Gopuff is on the lookout for enthusiastic Operations Associates (OAs) to become a vital part of our operations team in Miami, FL. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an integral role at Gopuff, embodying the spirit of drive, perseverance, positivity, and a zest for challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass diverse operational tasks including picking, packing, receiving products at our site and kitchen (if applicable), and collaborating with our partner drivers.At Gopuff, we pride ourselves on being the go-to destination for everyday essentials, available day and night, rain or shine. If you're passionate about snacks, even better!Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch- Receive and unpack product pallets, ensuring accuracy between physical inventory and purchase orders, and rectify any discrepancies- Oversee inventory management and the re-shelving of canceled orders- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items- Handle, scan, and organize product safely and efficiently- Engage in physical activities such as standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking throughout shifts- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment for product movement- Handle items that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol- Occasionally work in freezer locations during shifts- Climb multiple flights of stairs as required- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items by adhering to recipes and presentation standards- Ensure all food and beverage items are accurately packaged for delivery- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products- Receive and organize orders/invoices, addressing discrepancies related to expiration requirements- Uphold kitchen facility standards and organization to facilitate resource access while managing waste through careful food preparation- Prepare, package, and stage/handoff orders
