Who You AreYou have a design-first mindset, driven by specifications, and are accustomed to debugging silicon directly. You excel in translating system requirements into organized, testable RTL. You possess experience in writing and maintaining configurable, modular code. You are passionate about creating silicon that supports critical workloads in safety-sensitive environments. Experience with high-speed die-to-die interfaces such as UCIe and BoW is preferred. What We NeedA seasoned engineer with 5+ years of experience, capable of developing and owning RTL for essential modules in Tenstorrent’s automotive SoC chiplets. A collaborative teammate who can work effectively with IP vendors and internal teams to configure and integrate complex subsystems. A detail-oriented individual skilled in drafting microarchitecture specifications and translating them into efficient RTL. A self-starter ready to dive into chiplet-level integration, testing, and bring-up from day one.

As a member of Tenstorrent’s Automotive RTL team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering core hardware modules for our next-generation chiplet-based SoC. This position is hands-on, where your RTL designs will be implemented in silicon, powering actual automotive systems while adhering to stringent performance and safety standards. If you're eager to create impactful silicon designs rather than simply compiling code, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

This position is remote but based in Munich, Germany.
