As an S&S Systems Engineer, you will be pivotal in maintaining system functionality and delivering robust technical solutions to customer inquiries. You will proactively address issues and facilitate product improvements through detailed performance analysis. This role entails providing customized support via remote assistance and occasional on-site client visits, acting as a crucial liaison between customers and internal teams. You will report to the S&S Systems Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze database, systems, and server performance, troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and ensuring stability and uptime through remote oversight.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment performance to support efficient operations.
- Offer daily technical support to end-users, including on-call assistance, with a focus on software-hardware integration and diagnosing customer issues remotely.
- Conduct initial customer data analysis to identify trends, collaborating with internal teams to understand product limitations and resolve complex challenges.
- Relay user feedback to Product and R&D teams to enhance the user experience and contribute to ongoing product development.
- Conduct regular inspections and take proactive measures to mitigate potential system issues using monitoring tools to identify vulnerabilities early.
- Engage in product performance reviews with clients, pinpointing areas for improvement and taking necessary actions to address or escalate issues.
