In your role as a SaaS Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to establish Shift as the premier decision-making platform, providing AI-driven solutions tailored to the needs of both prospective and existing clients. Your technical acumen and communication skills will uniquely position you to optimize our sales processes and resource alignment.
Working alongside the Sales team, you will gain insights into our customers' challenges, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and develop solutions that illustrate how Shift's offerings create tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze technical and business data to identify the ideal customer profile for product launches.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients to gather essential business and technology requirements.
- Support Sales and Account Management teams by crafting tailored pitches and delivering impactful demos that address specific client pain points.
- Participate in timely and accurate responses to RFP/RFI requests, security questionnaires, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in generating account configuration documentation and statements of work.
- Engage in strategic meetings with Marketing and Product teams to align efforts.
- Manage multiple sales prospects and existing client engagements simultaneously.
- Create compelling business cases to facilitate customer purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape and business practices within the vertical.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.
- At least 3 years of experience with vertical SaaS products or platforms.
