In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to a team of Health & Safety Consultants.
- Building robust relationships with clients and project team members.
- Acting as a liaison with AECOM clients, both new and existing.
- Ensuring adherence to quality systems within the business line as per AECOM's procedures.
- Exhibiting flexibility and creativity in project approaches, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Participating in department and client-focused meetings.
- Contributing to internal and external working groups.
- Managing incidents, safety moments, and observation reports, including initial reviews and recommendations for actions.
- Creating monthly communications focused on safety and well-being.
You will oversee the delivery of your own and others' Health & Safety/CDM outputs, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes, timelines, and quality standards. This includes gathering and compiling information necessary for relevant Health & Safety documentation.
Aspirationally, you will support in conducting Health & Safety inspections and may lead workshops related to Health & Safety.
