In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to a team of Health & Safety Consultants.
  • Building robust relationships with clients and project team members.
  • Acting as a liaison with AECOM clients, both new and existing.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality systems within the business line as per AECOM's procedures.
  • Exhibiting flexibility and creativity in project approaches, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Participating in department and client-focused meetings.
  • Contributing to internal and external working groups.
  • Managing incidents, safety moments, and observation reports, including initial reviews and recommendations for actions.
  • Creating monthly communications focused on safety and well-being.

You will oversee the delivery of your own and others' Health & Safety/CDM outputs, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes, timelines, and quality standards. This includes gathering and compiling information necessary for relevant Health & Safety documentation.

Aspirationally, you will support in conducting Health & Safety inspections and may lead workshops related to Health & Safety.

  • Demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibiting a passion for providing high-quality consulting services to clients and AECOM colleagues.
