As a Safety Programs Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing and managing BETA’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Continued Operational Safety (COS) initiatives. Collaborating with various teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer support, you will lead the integration of safety risk management into daily operations and the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will support our regulatory engagement and compliance efforts to ensure our SMS and COS programs align with FAA regulations and industry best practices as we scale our operations.
