Qualifications
You ideally have at least one year of experience as a sales administrator following a Bac+2 qualification. However, we are open to considering candidates with less experience if they possess the qualities that meet our management's expectations. Our sales administration team requires candidates who are particularly comfortable with client interactions and are proactive in picking up the phone. Rigor, responsiveness, and the ability to take on responsibilities are essential skills for the success of your tasks. Your spelling is impeccable, and your autonomy is one of your strengths. Above all, you are driven by a genuine team spirit and a desire to collaborate effectively. Required Skills: Proficiency with computer tools, especially Microsoft Office, and comfort with phone communications. Strong mastery of Excel is particularly important. Knowledge of an ERP system is preferred, ideally JDE.

Join Chubb Fire & Security, a leader in the fire protection industry, at our facility located in the northwest suburbs of Lyon. To facilitate your onboarding, you will undergo a comprehensive 15-day training program led by an experienced instructor.
Your Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be managing customer orders. This includes following up on and validating the status of customer orders, overseeing subcontracting and procurement orders, and ensuring adherence to pricing grids while maintaining consistency between quotes and customer orders.
You will also be responsible for answering and managing all incoming calls and correspondence within your scope.
Additionally, you will record and handle disputes in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (clients, sales representatives, technicians, assistants, cash managers, and the Customer Data Hub), as well as managing invoicing (monitoring orders and issuing invoices).
Moreover, you will take care of daily matters related to customer disputes and cancellations: record cancellations, respond to client inquiries, etc.
Finally, you will manage contractual documents, archive files, send copies of work orders and inspection reports, and review supplier and subcontractor invoices.
