YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a unique customer experience. Your actions, aligned with our core values, contribute to both your success and that of H&M.
Your Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, guide them through the store, and assist them with your trend and product knowledge to find what they need.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the sales floor and backstage areas are always stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Be yourself and positively represent the H&M Group.
