Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional in-store service and engage with customers throughout their shopping journey. Build strong relationships with customers, assess their needs, and recommend products using your knowledge of best sellers and new arrivals. Effectively address customer inquiries, manage complaints, and deliver after-sales support to foster satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on product launches, promotions, competitor activities, and retail trends to enhance sales performance. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, promote key campaigns, and uphold high visual standards. Accurately operate the till, processing purchases, refunds, and exchanges per store procedures. Contribute to loss prevention by remaining vigilant on the shop floor. Assist in the daily operations of ARNE Bites by serving customers and preparing a variety of beverages, including coffees, milkshakes, and ice creams. Essential Skills and Experience:Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently. Prior experience in a retail or sales role with a solid understanding of exemplary customer service. Experience in a cafe environment is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash responsibly. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting quickly to changes and managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
