We are actively seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Program Manager. This role is pivotal in generating data-driven insights to influence key decisions within our Executive and Operational Sales and Operations Planning processes.

You will collaborate with team members from Sales Planning, Product Marketing, Manufacturing Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Vehicle Program Management, and Finance. Your daily responsibilities will include formulating planning recommendations by gathering, compiling, and analyzing data. Additionally, you'll focus on process enhancements and developing KPI dashboards within our S&OP software. You will also manage the supply chain forecast and serve as a liaison to the procurement and logistics teams, addressing queries related to the build plan. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Operations Planning, your contributions will be essential to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the effects of program timing changes, manufacturing and material constraints, and adjustments in delivery projections.
  • Enhance process discipline and KPI monitoring related to forecast accuracy and operational performance.
  • Facilitate software implementation to improve Sales and Operations Planning analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the supply chain forecast within both the S&OP software and Lucid ERP environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow S&OP team members to communicate forecasts across various cross-functional teams, including supply chain, production, logistics, sales, and engineering.
