Main Responsibilities
- Assist the sales manager, sales support team, and dealer sales representatives with administrative tasks and general office management.
- Prepare contracts for full-time staff and dealer sales representatives. Support monthly commission settlements.
- Compile monthly closing reports and prepare presentations for internal use.
- Communicate daily with related departments to coordinate activities and information.
- Handle preparation and ongoing maintenance of partner contracts.
- Manage records of work hours and vacation days.
- Organize meetings and company events.
