What will you do?
As a Sales Associate at MS Mode, every day brings new challenges. You will proactively approach customers, engage in conversation, provide honest styling advice, and ensure every woman feels comfortable in her own skin. You will assist in creating outfits that not only look good but also feel fantastic. Additionally, you will maintain the store's visual appeal, from organizing merchandise to contributing ideas for product presentation. You won’t shy away from unpacking shipments or handling peak hours at the cash register. When the shop manager is away, you will seamlessly take on responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.
You will work on a zero-hour contract, with flexible hours that may vary weekly. Some weeks you may work more hours, while others may require less, depending on the store's needs. You will always receive your schedule in advance, so you know exactly when to come in. We are looking for someone who is available during the week and on weekends. You should also be able to work during busy periods and holidays, which is a strict requirement for this role.
