Your Role
As a key member of our dynamic and high-achieving Engagement Search (ES) Team, you will take charge ofsales, business development, account management, and customer success. You will oversee the entire customer journey, from lead generation to closing deals, while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering account growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Researching the local tech landscape and emerging industry trends,identifying potential clients along with their specific needs.
- Engaging potential clients andmanaging the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful closure.
- Cultivatingclient relationships and assembling effective project teams to develop strong, scalable, and sustainable partnerships.
- Representing Netlight while networking with local industry leaders, creating an extensive and sustainable network of relevant contacts.
