Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle customer calls, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries, guaranteeing complete satisfaction.
  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities during interactions.
  • Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions.
