Chez-Nestor, part of the Joivy group, is seeking a Sales Developer Intern in Lyon. This role centers on renting rooms to students and young professionals, both international and French. As a member of the Sales team, you will engage with the entire sales process, from posting listings to finalizing bookings. The work is based at the Lyon headquarters, but you will use digital tools to manage rentals across multiple cities.
Role overview
This internship focuses on driving sales by renting rooms in shared housing, studios, and other residential options. The position involves significant interaction with international clients, who make up more than half of the customer base. Key performance indicators include revenue and sales volume.
What you will do
- Generate leads by posting advertisements for shared housing on partner platforms such as Carte des Colocs, Studapart, and Appartager.
- Initiate contact with potential tenants and manage communications throughout the sales cycle.
- Utilize digital tools (CRM Hubspot, Ringover, back-office systems, virtual tours) to facilitate remote rentals in all company cities.
- Handle both incoming and outgoing contacts to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
