Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of related sales experience. Proficient in presenting to C-Level and Senior Management Executives with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Commercial Print, Packaging & Labels, and/or Direct Mail is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to identify critical elements and develop effective solutions. Skilled in organizing and prioritizing resources and adapting to new information for optimal outcomes. Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and negotiate outcomes. Commitment to ongoing learning and participation in job-related training activities.

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Executive at RRD, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our extensive portfolio of products and services, including Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail. You will be tasked with developing revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiating prospect calls, and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers to meet ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue sales leads and engage with existing and new customers of strategic importance.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services to enhance satisfaction.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries with professionalism; negotiate prices and delivery schedules, and finalize sales orders to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and research prospective customers, fostering positive relationships to ensure future sales and repeat business.
  • Relay sales leads, customer insights, and competitor information to relevant departments for agile responses to market changes.
  • Craft long-term sales strategies for key clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting sales activities to meet objectives.
  • Set and prioritize annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced sales representatives to help them reach their sales goals.
  • Advise clients on additional solutions and services offered by the company, emphasizing product advantages using available resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted outcomes promptly.
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Accurately forecast sales and maintain records in Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in related duties and special projects as assigned.
