Establish strategic goals and performance benchmarks for the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Oversee lead processes, analyze metrics, and expedite pipeline development. Provide ongoing coaching to SDRs on best practices for generating leads. Report key operational and financial performance indicators to senior management. Inspire, reward, and recognize team members to promote high performance. Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR team members to facilitate global growth. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each SDR. Collaborate closely with your industry lead AVP.
