Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Manager to lead and nurture our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about cultivating talent, focused on maintaining high-quality pipelines, and adept at creating effective outbound strategies. You will directly report to the Head of Sales Development and collaborate closely with Marketing, Account Executives (AEs), and Revenue Operations (RevOps) to drive growth at the top of the funnel across our target specialties and health systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs dedicated to both outbound and inbound pipeline generation.
Manage team performance metrics, including meetings scheduled, pipeline generated, and Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) volume and quality.
Develop and refine outbound sequences, messaging playbooks, and prospecting workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, call reviews, and team training sessions to continuously enhance performance standards.
Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth transitions and effective feedback loops regarding lead quality.
Partner with RevOps to maintain accurate reporting and forecasting of the SDR pipeline.
Work alongside the Marketing team on demand generation campaigns, events, and content that drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth.
