What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for building the pipeline that drives Watershed’s growth. Own your team's pipeline generation targets and ensure consistent achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives. Design and improve outbound prospecting strategies, sequences, and plays tailored to enterprise and strategic accounts. Conduct effective one-on-ones, team meetings, training sessions, and pipeline reviews to enhance representative performance weekly. Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure effective SDR-AE alignment on account strategies, lead quality, and handoff processes. Analyze pipeline data to identify successful tactics, diagnose challenges, and implement timely adjustments.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to spearhead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dedicated to generating a robust sales pipeline for our North American sales division. In this role, you will take charge of the daily operations of your team: mentoring representatives, executing pipeline strategies, maintaining high standards of performance, recruiting talent, and establishing systems that ensure consistent productivity.

This is not a remote management role; you will work closely alongside your team members, listening to calls, refining messaging, and assisting them in navigating complex enterprise accounts. Collaboration with Account Executives, marketing, and revenue operations will be essential to ensure that the leads generated by your team are of the highest quality and positioned to convert successfully.

The ideal candidate is a coach and a builder, someone who derives energy from developing talent, prioritizes pipeline quality over superficial metrics, and is eager to be part of a team that is defining what world-class pipeline generation looks like in the climate tech industry.
