The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to spearhead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dedicated to generating a robust sales pipeline for our North American sales division. In this role, you will take charge of the daily operations of your team: mentoring representatives, executing pipeline strategies, maintaining high standards of performance, recruiting talent, and establishing systems that ensure consistent productivity.
This is not a remote management role; you will work closely alongside your team members, listening to calls, refining messaging, and assisting them in navigating complex enterprise accounts. Collaboration with Account Executives, marketing, and revenue operations will be essential to ensure that the leads generated by your team are of the highest quality and positioned to convert successfully.
The ideal candidate is a coach and a builder, someone who derives energy from developing talent, prioritizes pipeline quality over superficial metrics, and is eager to be part of a team that is defining what world-class pipeline generation looks like in the climate tech industry.
