As a Sales Development Manager, you will be instrumental in amplifying our impact while shaping and nurturing the team around you.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Here’s a glimpse of what your typical day will entail:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs through regular one-on-one sessions, call coaching, deal reviews, and constructive feedback.
- Create and implement structured onboarding, continuous training, and group coaching sessions.
- Establish clear expectations regarding activity, quality, and outcomes, leading by example.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and peer learning.
- Monitor and analyze key SDR metrics, including activity levels, conversion rates, and meeting quality.
- Leverage data to identify performance gaps and provide personalized coaching for improvement.
- Deliver clear reports and insights to senior sales leadership regarding team performance and trends.
- Assist in performance management discussions as necessary.
- Take an active role in outbound sales development by prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings for Account Managers and AEs.
