Our Sales Development Program is a prestigious 2-year rotational initiative that places high-potential individuals in sales roles across the company, paving the way towards sales leadership. Ideal for those who wish to gain extensive business exposure in a high-growth environment, Axon's SDP is perfect for aspiring sales leaders eager to drive innovation and make a significant impact. Participants will gain hands-on experience within various sales teams, including Domestic, International, Federal, and Enterprise.
- 3-5 rotations over 2 years, allowing you to tailor your rotational experience based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations.
