About the Role

We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative who possesses a strong emotional intelligence and a natural talent for sales. This individual will be integral to our growth trajectory, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be responsible for efficiently responding to inbound leads and setting up qualified appointments for our Energy Advisors. Your ability to quickly understand the needs of potential customers and clearly articulate the value of our services will be crucial to our sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all inbound leads generated from various channels to enhance engagement and facilitate the sales funnel.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Energy Advisors, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented and communicated.
  • Engage prospects through outbound campaigns, demonstrating proficiency and creativity in utilizing communication technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide insights and develop successful campaigns that drive engagement and appointments.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand lead needs and pain points, engaging in meaningful conversations to evaluate their fit for our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and updates within our CRM system, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing lead inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
