Qualifications
The RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. You will engage in both outbound activities, supported by tools such as HubSpot Sales Pro, Cognism, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoom, and manage the conversion of inbound leads generated through various channels. We primarily target organizations with 500 or more employees, so comfort in conversing with senior decision-makers across various functions is essential. This position offers commission opportunities for both outbound meetings booked and inbound lead conversions. Key Responsibilities- Deliver outbound meetings by adhering to our structured prospecting process.- Convert inbound leads into qualified meetings for the new business team.- Track and report all engagement through our business systems, including HubSpot and CRM (Dynamics).- Assist the business in converting interest related to specific campaigns and initiatives as needed. Measuring Success (KPIs)- Target for outbound meetings booked each month.- Percentage of inbound leads converted to meetings each month.- Activity steps completed in HubSpot and daily call volumes tracked by Zoom.- Average deal value generated from meetings, measured in Year 1 Gross Profit.
