This position plays a key part in our mission to build a Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform by 2026. The job focuses on helping businesses connect with their customers, automate workflows, and manage interactions through a single, reliable system.
What you will do
In your first year, you will:
- Learn the ins and outs of our Engagement Platform, including customer service tools, marketing automation, and conversational AI. Develop expertise to become a trusted advisor for leads and prospects, helping to build a healthy pipeline for the team.
Main responsibilities
- Market Exploration: Research customer service and marketing automation sectors to spot new opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Build and nurture leads, and develop a strong sales pipeline for the team.
- Trusted Advisor: Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and position CM.com as the solution of choice.
