This position serves as a springboard for your career, with previous Sales Development Representatives advancing to roles such as Business Development Manager, Dealing, or Relationship Manager.
The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate with our Senior Business Development Managers (BDMs) to actively seek out and engage new prospects. Utilizing various sources such as databases, industry events, and strategic partnerships, you will assess their needs and schedule qualified appointments for our Senior BDMs.
This position is based in our modern Brisbane office, offering the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
- Demonstrated confidence in making outbound calls to identify, qualify, and set appointments for our Senior Business Development Managers.
- Proactively prospecting new opportunities using sales enablement tools including Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo.
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and appointment-setting.
- Working closely with Senior BDMs, industry leads, and the Head of Sales to reach out to new and existing contacts.
- Managing daily lead allocation to the sales team.
- Utilizing commercial awareness to provide and promote optimal solutions for potential clients.
