FMX is excited to welcome a Sales Development Representative to our distinguished sales team. The perfect candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and driven to enhance their career in sales. You will need to have a keen understanding of market operations, economic factors, and buyer behaviors. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your daily impact on our company's strategy and culture will be significant.
In this role, you will take charge of the top tier of the FMX Sales Funnel. Your responsibilities will include introducing prospects to FMX products, scheduling initial consultations, conducting on-site visits, and organizing webinar demos with Account Executives. You will closely collaborate with the sales team to cultivate opportunities and will focus primarily on one of FMX's key verticals: Education/K-12 schools, Manufacturing, or Property Management.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative, your duties will include:
- Making 400 calls and securing 5 meetings each week
- Holding 14 meetings and generating 10 qualified opportunities each month
- Engaging with leads assigned by the SDR manager to set appointments for your Account Executive(s)
- Supporting FMX's marketing initiatives by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads from field events and advancing them through the FMX Sales Funnel
- Maintaining lead status, ensuring data integrity, and documenting prospect notes in Gong and Salesforce
- Communicating effectively with the Account Executive team regarding prospect notes, meeting schedules, and critical discussion points for all meetings
- Pursuing self-improvement and contributing to team success in achieving company objectives
Qualifications

- Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships rapidly, especially over the phone
