The Sales Development Representative role is an exceptional entry point into a leading startup. We believe in investing in our team, and in just the past six months, our SDRs have successfully closed six-figure deals, managed their own teams, led implementations for new customers, and taken ownership of marketing analytics across the company.
Our Sales Development team is a close-knit group with diverse backgrounds, including seasoned sales professionals, sharp new graduates, and even a few former recruiters. We engage in meaningful conversations with qualified leads, collaborating with a variety of organizations, from tech startups to world-renowned circuses and global non-profits, to make hiring more strategic, collaborative, and human.
