The ideal candidate for the Sales Development Representative / Vertriebsmitarbeiter role will possess a strong drive for lead generation in the rapidly expanding robotics and warehouse automation sector. Responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough research on target accounts and key personas to execute personalized multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) aimed at scheduling discovery meetings with Business Development Managers. Quickly triaging inbound leads, engaging in discovery conversations to identify pain points, timelines, and suitability, and securing qualified meetings for Business Development Managers. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing on account strategies, event follow-ups, and targeted initiatives tailored to specific verticals such as 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and industrial. Attending trade shows, pre-booking meetings, managing lead capture, and executing prompt, high-quality post-event follow-ups. Maintaining accurate CRM data, documenting call notes and next steps, and adhering to activity and quality SLAs.
