Responsibilities:Actively prospect and connect with HR professionals, People leaders, and CEOs of small companies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified meetings and provide essential context. Qualify and schedule meetings based on intent downloads, ensuring alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Implement structured outbound cadences using SalesLoft, combining calls, emails, and social interactions. Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce for account research and targeting. Keep detailed records of prospect interactions and progress within our CRM to facilitate smooth transitions to the sales team. Continuously enhance messaging based on feedback, coaching, and data-driven insights. Provide constructive suggestions for improving effectiveness and efficiency in the SDR role to the Manager and Sales Enablement team. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices. What We Seek:A Bachelor’s Degree.1-2 years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in SaaS. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident in discussions with HR leaders and executives. A strong sense of curiosity and determination, with a clear desire to learn, grow, and achieve measurable outcomes. Familiarity with tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and others. Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize outreach activities effectively. A high degree of resilience, with the ability to recover swiftly from challenges.

You will leverage a mix of outbound prospecting, tailored outreach, and strategic follow-ups to set up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role reports directly to the Manager of Business Development and offers growth potential within the sales team, along with a rewarding compensation package that includes an uncapped commission structure.
