Your Impact as a Sales Development Representative:
As a core component of our ambitious go-to-market strategy, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are pivotal in fueling our sales pipeline. By engaging in independent outbound prospecting and managing a portion of inbound leads, the SDR team secures high-quality meetings with potential customers for our sales force. We achieve this through meticulous research, personalized messaging, and effective influence to encourage prospects to explore Rubrik’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify promising potential customers, understand Rubrik’s unique value proposition, and tailor your outreach to generate high-quality business meetings.
- Engage in both outbound and inbound prospecting for enterprise customers through email, social media, and phone calls to qualify leads and set appointments.
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing efforts while adhering to compliance metrics, ensuring timely outreach and connection attempts.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to devise strategies for penetrating new accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry advancements to effectively address cybersecurity threats.
- Become an expert in our solutions and articulate how we help clients maintain operational continuity.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce & Salesloft) to manage leads and sales activities effectively.
