Join SuperDial as a dynamic Sales Development Representative and play a pivotal role in fueling our growth at the forefront of AI in healthcare. In this position, you will collaborate with the founding go-to-market team to refine our outbound strategies, experimenting with messaging to effectively engage key decision-makers across various healthcare sectors, including RCM, MSO, Pharma, and DSO.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead outbound prospecting efforts targeting healthcare segments such as RCM vendors, MSOs, DSOs, and Pharma Hubs.
Conduct thorough research on target accounts, pinpoint decision-makers, and create personalized outreach messaging.
Utilize a multi-channel approach to engage prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Qualify incoming leads and efficiently route high-potential opportunities to Account Executives.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HubSpot.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to share customer insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Test and implement new tools, scripts, and sequences to boost conversion rates.
Your Profile:
Minimum of 1 year experience in health tech sales or business development.
Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing pipeline or meeting targets.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and adept at handling objections.
Exceptional communication skills with strong writing capabilities.
Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in fast-paced environments.
Genuine interest in technology, healthcare, and solving complex systems challenges.
Bonus: Experience in selling to healthcare providers, MSOs, DSOs, or payers.
