Tanium is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support growth in Germany. This remote position works hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams. The role provides a strong starting point for a career in technology sales, emphasizing professional development and access to current sales tools.
What you will do
- Schedule qualified meetings for field sales by applying established sales methodologies and targeted strategies within an assigned territory.
- Develop and carry out outbound prospecting plans together with the field sales team.
- Manage lead generation from marketing campaigns and follow up on inbound leads in your territory.
- Use platforms such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, Claude AI, and Notion to organize and support outreach efforts.
- Work with sales, marketing, and partners to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Participate in training to improve cold-calling skills and expand knowledge of Tanium products, competitors, and the market landscape.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen communication skills and prepare business reports.
- Consistently achieve or surpass weekly activity goals, including calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
- Encourage teamwork and a collaborative environment with colleagues and business partners.
- Travel up to 5% as required.
