As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in generating interest in our offerings. Your responsibilities will include targeted research, outbound outreach, and managing inbound inquiries to effectively engage our market. Your objective will be to systematically elevate market awareness and penetration for Redis’ innovative solutions. You will utilize various communication channels to connect with potential customers and conduct research on key accounts when necessary.

Ideal candidates will excel at building rapport with prospects and team members alike. Join the Sales Development team in Austin, collaborating closely with Corporate Sales Representatives and Account Executives under the guidance of SDR Managers. This is a unique chance to help shape a burgeoning sales team within a well-funded SaaS startup that enjoys robust customer traction.

Your Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads from targeted accounts and personas.
Utilize cutting-edge sales and marketing tools to strategically engage with targeted accounts and personas.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, social media, and phone.
Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to devise strategic account plans.
Schedule qualified meetings for our Field Sales Team.
