The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative for DoiT Cloud Intelligence (DCI), you will spearhead outbound lead generation initiatives through email, phone outreach, and LinkedIn engagement, aiming to schedule demos with qualified prospects in your assigned region. You will play a pivotal role within the sales team, collaborating closely with regional Field Sales teams and advancing the pipeline alongside Account Executives (AEs) by focusing on key performance metrics such as qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated. We seek a motivated, agile individual with a startup mindset who is eager to learn and grow as we expand. Additionally, you will foster relationships with our sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate meetings through outbound prospecting via both automated and manual campaigns to achieve daily and monthly pipeline goals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to enhance pipeline quality.
- Contribute to the refinement of our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging with decision-makers.
- Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.
- Oversee the entire outbound process, from thorough account research to successfully booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Partner with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies.
