As a Sales Development Representative at Lio, you will be at the forefront of initiating impactful conversations that help enterprises discover how AI Agents can transform their procurement processes.
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and qualifying leads through innovative outbound and inbound tactics to drive business growth.
Engaging with early-stage prospects, educating them about AI-driven solutions, and generating excitement about future possibilities.
Working collaboratively with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize messaging, streamline handoffs, and enhance outreach strategies.
Gathering and relaying customer feedback to the Product team to influence feature development and improvements based on real-world insights.
Managing your pipeline from lead generation through to handoff, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing impact.
Your Profile
You will thrive in this role if you possess:
1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for achieving results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at every level.
A knack for thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and a readiness to adapt to AI-driven changes.
