As we witness rapid adoption of our innovative offerings, Elastic is looking to expand its Sales Development team. Renowned companies such as Netflix, Lyft, Facebook, The New York Times, and Tinder rely on Elastic to tackle their complex data challenges. In the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be integral to our sales success by proactively identifying, nurturing, and generating new business opportunities. Unlike traditional SDR roles, we prioritize the quality of your interactions with users over the sheer volume of calls made daily. At Elastic, you will work closely with current users to understand their needs and guide them on their Elastic journey.
We provide a collaborative office environment for in-person training and teamwork, which SDRs typically utilize 1-2 days per week based on personal preference and tenure. This in-person collaboration fosters stronger relationships and cultivates a supportive team dynamic.
