Key Responsibilities: Generate sales leads through effective prospecting and outreach to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. Maintain an organized outbound sales pipeline, ensuring thorough lead qualification. Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions. Utilize our sales playbook to guide leads through the buying process with our Account Executives. Adhere to service-level agreements regarding lead outreach and follow-up. What You Bring to Bitwarden: Minimum of 2 years experience as an outbound Sales Development Representative in the technology or SaaS sector. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Outreach. Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo in B2B environments. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information succinctly. Proven problem-solving skills combined with excellent time management and organizational abilities. A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A collaborative team player willing to share insights and learn from peers. Demonstrates persistence and a proactive approach to challenges.
