Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage prospective clients to create new business opportunities, enriching the sales pipeline. Assist in the development and prioritization of strategic target account lists within your designated territory. Conduct thorough research to establish and enhance existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, emails, and strategic outreach). Engage in meaningful discussions with Senior Executives at prospective organizations. Actively promote Okta and its On-Demand model. Meet monthly objectives for qualified opportunities and closed business. Qualifications:Prior experience in prospecting and lead generation. Proven track record of working towards sales targets, KPIs, or under time constraints. Familiarity with Salesforce.com is advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter. Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to discern customer needs and align them with effective product solutions. Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities. A genuine passion for the technology and SaaS industry. Fluency in both German and English.
