Your Responsibilities:Identify and engage with prospects to generate new business opportunities, fueling the sales pipeline. Assist in creating and prioritizing strategic target account lists within an assigned territory. Research and enhance existing accounts (including adding contacts, emails, and strategic outreach). Conduct high-level discussions with senior executives in prospective accounts. Promote Okta and our On-Demand model. Meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed business. Who You Are:You have experience in prospecting. You are familiar with working towards sales targets, KPIs, or under time constraints. You have experience with Salesforce.com. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are exceptional. You possess strong problem-solving abilities. You are a highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual focused on achieving goals. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You can understand customer needs and successfully align them with our product offerings. Your time management and organizational skills are outstanding. You have a passion for the tech and SaaS industry. You are fluent in both German and English.
