Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the vital first point of contact in the sales cycle. Your mission will be to research, connect, and initiate conversations that unlock valuable opportunities for our clients.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and creating targeted lists of prospects who would benefit from our clients' technology products and services.
- Engaging with prospects through tailored outreach strategies to identify sales opportunities.
- Qualifying leads and facilitating the booking of meetings with the client's Account Executive.
- Enhancing your sales development skills while exploring exciting career trajectories within high-tech sales.
Training Program:
At memoryBlue, every new Sales Development Representative begins with a paid entry into our Prospecting Principles training, equipping you with vital tools, skills, and strategies for enduring success.
- You will start with a 4-day Bootcamp led by expert trainers, engaging in hands-on learning and real-time role-playing to master essential prospecting fundamentals, along with a comprehensive Prospecting playbook and call templates.
- Following Bootcamp, you will engage in Foundations sessions for the next twelve weeks, focusing on coaching, call analysis, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.
Throughout your journey, you will also work toward earning your Certified Sales Development Rep credential, validating your expertise in cold outreach, list building, email and voicemail strategies, and objection handling.
