Role Overview:
As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are crucial in generating new business. At memoryBlue, you will be responsible for opening doors—conducting research, initiating connections, and igniting conversations that lead to valuable opportunities for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and create targeted prospect lists for clients' tech products or services.
- Engage with prospects through strategic, personalized outreach to identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify interested prospects and facilitate meetings with the client’s Account Executive.
- Continuously develop your sales skills while exploring exciting career paths in high-tech sales.
Training Program:
Every new Sales Development Representative at memoryBlue embarks on their journey with a paid entry into our Prospecting Principles training. This program equips you with the essential tools, skills, and strategies crucial for long-term success.
- Start with a 4-day Bootcamp led by expert trainers, where you will engage in hands-on learning and real-time role plays to master core prospecting fundamentals, leaving with a comprehensive Prospecting playbook and call templates.
- Following Bootcamp, you will spend the next twelve weeks applying your learnings in Foundations sessions, which include coaching, call breakdowns, weekly goal tracking, and peer feedback.
Throughout this journey, you will work towards earning your Certified Sales Development Rep credential, validating your expertise in cold outreach, list building, email and voicemail strategies, and objection handling.
