Why We Need You:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Marketing team to manage leads effectively and attract high-quality clients. Our SDRs are vital to our success, and we will equip you with the essential tools, training, mentorship, and leadership to identify customer challenges and demonstrate how Box can provide solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for new customers through our sales channels, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Engage potential clients through various communication methods, including calls, emails, and marketing initiatives aimed at generating business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close contracts for deals valued under $5,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Build relationships with diverse clientele and promote discussions regarding Box solutions.
- Exhibit strong listening skills to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Box can address them.
- Consistently meet quota targets for territorial revenue growth.
- Comply with Box’s standards when utilizing tools and resources for lead management.
