About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in establishing new inbound client relationships. This is an essential position within our organization, as successful SDRs will confidently engage with the market and qualify leads that contribute to our sales pipeline. We are expanding our Sales Development team in the New York City and Salt Lake City areas to drive meetings that fill our sales funnel, laying the groundwork for our go-to-market strategy. You will be a key member of a dynamic group of sales professionals driving revenue during this exciting phase of hypergrowth. Our SDR team operates in a hybrid model, working from our office in NYC/Lehi Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays. What You’ll Do
Act as the initial point of contact for a diverse array of dental practice prospects.
Leverage email, phone, and innovative outreach methods to connect with potential clients.
Monitor your sales activities using Salesforce and other relevant software tools.
Navigate objections, effectively present the Dandy value proposition, and guide prospects through the sales journey.
Collaborate seamlessly with senior sales leadership to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
Coordinate with Account Executives during client transitions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to advance your career and skills as an Account Executive.
What We're Looking For
0-2+ years of sales experience, preferably within a high-growth startup (SaaS experience is a plus).
Experience in cold calling, especially with SMB targets.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging prospects.
A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and a passion for technology.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
