Your Mission
At GoodHabitz, you will step into a world of opportunities. As a Sales Development Representative (m/w/d), you will activate the beast mode in our lead generation and elevate our sales pipeline to the next level.

  • Transform Event Leads into Sales Gold:
    You will systematically follow up on leads from events and marketing activities, reaching out to potential clients and converting them into valuable appointments for our sales team.
  • Cold Outreach with Personality and System:
    You will proactively engage target accounts, identify potential, and persuade them with a blend of charm, structure, and data-driven communication.
  • Work with Processes like SPICED and Cadences:
    You will utilize proven sales methods to conduct structured conversations and achieve consistently better results.
  • Data Maintenance in CRM (Salesforce):
    You will keep all activities accurately documented in Salesforce, using the system as your strategic secret weapon.
  • Close Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Colleagues:
    You will work hand-in-hand with our teams, sharing insights, optimizing campaigns, and achieving common goals. You can make a difference!
