Responsibilities:Engage with senior executives at Mid Market companies (100-999 employees) to cultivate a strong sales pipeline for Mid Market Account Executives. Conduct research, develop, and implement a strategic outbound sales strategy by identifying target accounts and generating opportunities. Inform prospective leads about the comprehensive suite of ZoomInfo solutions, illustrating how our products address specific challenges faced by their Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Assist prospects in understanding the business impact of ZoomInfo, ensuring conversations are tailored to their needs and challenges. Foster strong, trusting relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders, instilling confidence in the value that ZoomInfo offers. Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year of experience engaging with Mid Market organizations, showcasing an ability to identify opportunities and interact with decision-makers effectively. Proven ability to communicate succinctly and compellingly with senior executives across various departments. Capable of assessing prospects’ needs, personalizing outreach, and identifying high-probability opportunities that align with their business objectives. Experience in designing, executing, and maintaining a structured prospecting plan that yields results. Willingness to understand market trends, customer challenges, and organizational dynamics to enhance outreach effectiveness. Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is advantageous. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
