Who We're Looking For
Fieldwire is actively searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our presence in the construction sector by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities specifically within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. This is an ideal position for individuals eager to enter the tech sales field, learn from a high-performing team, and make a substantial impact in a fast-paced environment.
As an SDR at Fieldwire, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, actively driving top-of-funnel activities and establishing a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team. You will utilize a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and industry research to engage with decision-makers, comprehend their business challenges, and present Fieldwire as a valuable solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns, alongside current Hilti customers.
- Carry out targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities.
- Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals in small and mid-sized companies.
- Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Learn and effectively communicate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals.
