About the Role
WorkMotion is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region, working remotely from Spain. This role centers on supporting companies in Germany and Austria as they expand globally, helping them overcome hiring barriers and connect with talent beyond borders.
What You Will Do
- Drive high-volume, strategic outreach to prospects in Germany and Austria, ensuring each interaction is personalized and meaningful.
- Target and connect with high-growth companies, especially those with new funding, international expansion plans, or aggressive hiring needs.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and AI tools to research, curate, and prioritize target lists and outreach personas.
- Engage prospects through multiple channels: phone calls, tailored LinkedIn messages, and standout emails.
- Build relationships with a range of stakeholders, from HR directors and team leads to C-suite executives, ensuring WorkMotion is top of mind.
- Identify and act on signals such as funding rounds, expansion announcements, or pain points shared on social media.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to deliver at least 20 qualified demos per month.
- Collaborate with marketing by sharing feedback and insights on market trends.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently schedule 20+ qualified demos each month with high-potential companies.
- Quickly become an expert on the DACH market’s high-growth companies and their hiring needs.
- Establish yourself as the first point of contact when companies in Germany or Austria consider remote hiring or global expansion.
- Develop a strong network within target accounts by engaging multiple stakeholders.
