Your Mission:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Mid-Market Clients, your primary mission will involve cultivating and managing a robust pipeline of companies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will collaborate closely with your Account Executive (AE) to generate high-value opportunities and guide your prospects through to the closing stage.

Your responsibilities will include identifying, contacting, and engaging key decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers) within medium to large enterprises (€10-200M in revenue) to convey the unique value Agicap brings.

Your Specific Responsibilities:

- Targeted and Personalized Prospecting: Identify and connect with critical decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Treasurers) through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn. At Agicap, we embrace boldness; hence, Cold Calling is a vital strategy, and comfort with this outreach method is essential.

- In-Depth Needs Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification and discovery meetings utilizing the SPICED method to uncover your prospect’s challenges and pain points. Strong listening skills are crucial at this stage.

- Consultative Approach: Demonstrate Agicap's value through customized use cases and explore opportunities for strategic partnerships.
